MAR 15 | Pool Session: Saanich Commonwealth Place

Beat the cold and build your skills in the off season! We will be offering this pool session to give paddlers a chance to work on and further develop their paddling, rescue and rolling skills in the comfort of a warm pool this winter. This is a great opportunity to work on water confidence and build on skills such as wet exits, assisted and unassisted rescues, edging and bracing, support strokes and work on or towards a roll. 

Please bring a clean kayak as we are not allowed to bring dirty kayaks into the pool. 

• What's included: Two hours of instruction
• Location: Saanich Commonwealth Place 1:00 - 3:00 pm 
  
• Please bring: Kayak, paddle, PFD, towel, clothes to wear in the pool (please note that your kayak and gear must be clean before entering the pool area)
  
• Nice to have: Nose plugs, ear plugs, swim goggles
