Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer returns on dry suits.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bestcoastoutfitters.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Card Payments
All card payments are subject to a 3% card payment surcharge.
Deposits
We can reserve or order products for a 30% deposit. Final payment of reserved products is due 7 days before arrival of the products. All deposits are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, used gear or gift cards. We do not offer returns on dry suits.
Exchanges
Contact BestCoast Outfitters direct if an exchange is required. We are here to help make your shopping process as easy as possible.
Refunds
We offer in-store credit only and do not offer cash refunds on final sales. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a credit was approved or not. If approved, you will be issues a gift card to make a new purchase through our website.
Please note that all returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee and a charge for credit card fees.
Cancellations
Each program cancellation is subject to a $50.00 admin fee. For cancellations of courses we request a 45 day notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 45 days before a training course will receive a 50% refund. We do not offer refunds on cancellations made less than 30 days before a training course. Any extreme circumstances will be looked at on a case by case basis by management.
Inclement Weather Policy
If BestCoast Outfitters has to cancel a course because of the weather, BestCoast Outfitters will offer the participant rescheduling, or issue a credit for the amount.
Warranties
All products warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. If a product is under warranty and repairs are needed, the branded manufacturer should be contacted with proof of purchase. BestCoast is happy to help assist you if you require help with this process.
