FREE SHIPPING ON CANADIAN ORDERS 🇨🇦
We’re pleased to offer free shipping across British Columbia on orders over $200, and to other provinces in Canada on orders over $250.

Please note that oversized items - such as kayaks, paddles, and similar large gear - are excluded from this offer. Our shipping process is secure and efficient. However, due to ongoing Canada Post service disruptions, some deliveries may take longer than usual, particularly in rural areas. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with our carriers to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Whenever possible, we’ll use alternative shipping partners to minimize delays. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, so you can follow its progress.


US ORDERS 🇺🇸
Due to current tariffs and customs processing times, US orders may experience delays of up to 2 weeks. A minimum shipping charge of $50 USD applies.

We actively monitor shipping routes and carrier updates daily to ensure the best available service for our American customers.


RETURNS
Returns on oversized items are subject to a $50 restocking fee and a charge for credit card processing fees.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at sales@bestcoastoutfitters.com before initiating a return so we can assist you with the correct process.
